Polished Package
We will meet with you, usually 2-4 meetings prior to the wedding day to discuss all your requirements. this package includes coordinating with your vendors, developing your wedding day scheduling the final walk-through of the facility with you and your vendors, developing the floor plan layout and coordinate the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. A wedding planner will be provided to oversee and direct the rehearsal and the wedding day. We will help finalize the initial contracts with your vendors. You will then proceed with your wedding planning on your own,we will then come back 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day to smooth things over and put some last minute touches on this spectacular wedding.
Decoration Package
With all the details from the wedding to the reception a full details decoration package from our elegant backdrops with fresh floral designs, candlelight setting amazing (table decor-Place cards,Menu cards,table numbers,and much more let us complete your amazing event with these magical details.
SPECIALTY TRANSPORT
Own and operate Vintage Rolls Royces 1955 Silver Cloud and 1959 Silver Cloud S3 and Stretch Limousines please inquire for availability when booking your magical day.
Wedding Day
Ensure all decorations, flowers, etc. are set up on time assist and advise bridal party on any last minute details. Coordinate processional. Assist photographer with organizing people for photos. Oversee all details and ensure everything is in place.
